As a group we all unitedly came up with the decision of creating an opening sequence for a drama. We deecided that this would be first the easiest idea to work around and secondly we all really like the movie kidulthood and therefore wanted to create something around this movie. Our biggest struggle was where we were filming this being because we all knew that the set is extremely important and depending on where we filmed could changed the audiences interpretation of the whole thing. We had many different ideas from school to a block of flats or even a mental institution yet after working around the character of Jade we decided that actually it should be filmed at home to show the contradiction between her and her home life.
